• Keep it casual — they clicked a Facebook ad, not a binding contract.
• If they don't remember, say: "No worries, we just wanted to make sure you were taken care of."
• Goal: book a diagnostic or maintenance visit. Mention the $49 diagnostic if needed.
• If voicemail: leave a 15-second message, try once more in 2 days.
